Chitrangda Singh had last signed Babumoshai Bandokbaaz which turned out to be a controversial affair for the actress as she ended up walking out of it. Now we hear that the actress has finally decided to return to the silverscreen after her last appearance in Gabbar Is Back in 2015.
Chitrangda Singh to be paired up with Sanjay Dutt in Torbaaz?Recent reports claim that Chitrangda Singh has been signed for the film Torbaaz, which will be directed by award winning filmmaker Girish Malik. From what we hear, Girish who is good friends with Chitrangda has already discussed the same with her but refused to divulge any more details. While there hasn’t been any official confirmation on the same, even the details of the character that will be played by the actress is being kept under wraps. On the other hand, Sanjay Dutt plays an army officer in the film who wants to give these ‘children of war’ a ray of hope. As far as the details of the rest of the cast are concerned, we hear that the makers are looking at making announcement in the next couple of weeks.
Torbaaz is based in Afghanistan and is a story about child suicide bombers of Afghanistan, who have been trained to believe that killing is a virtue and glory is in afterlife.
