KATHMANDU: Police said property worth Rs 125,000 was stolen from an unattended house in Kumaristhan, Balaju, KMC-16 on Sunday.

An unidentified gang of thieves barged into the rented room of Parshuram Paudel and made off with Rs 15,000 cash and various gold ornaments, according to police.

While looking for the suspects, the law enforcers have launched an investigation into the case.
