Justin Trudeau to visit India from Feb 17-23

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will visit India from February 17 to 23.

During his seven-day visit, Trudeau will visit Agra, Amritsar, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and New Delhi.

During the visit, Trudeau and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reaffirm the close friendship between two countries, and discuss ways to create good middle class jobs for Canadians and Indians alike, Trudeaus office said in a statement.

Trudeau will also participate in several business roundtables to promote trade and investment between Canada and India.

During his visit, the Canadian PM will also speak to students, and visit several landmarks, including the Taj Mahal, the Golden Temple, and the Akshardham temple in Gujarat.
