Aiyar held secret meetings with Pak high commissioner: Modi in Gujarat

After witnessing a handsome turnout in phase-I of Gujarat Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a rally at Palanpur in Gujarat.

Speaking to the crowds, the PM said, "The same Mani Shankar Aiyar, who insulted Gujarat, held secret meetings with Pakistan High Commissioner. What was the reason? Why are people who previously held high posts in military-intelligence establishment of Pakistan writing that we should help make Ahmed Patel the CM."

Earlier on Saturday, PM Modi, while campaigning in Anand, kept up his fierce attack on the Congress and exhorted voters to avenge the insults and abuses hurled at the son of Gujarat by the party, which, he said, was depressed because it was facing defeat.
