Akhilesh to skip meeting called by Mulayam?

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is likely to skip a meeting called by his father and Samajwadi Party supreme Mulayam Singh Yadav today, media reports said.

CNN News 18 reported that Akhilesh may skip the meeting of MPs, MLAs, MLCs and party senior leaders called by the SP chief to discuss the current situation in the party.

It was also reported that a decision to sack Akhilesh from the party may be taken if he skips the meet.

Meanwhile, Akhilesh's supporters gathered at the party office in Lucknow and shouted slogans.
