Modi thanks Merkel for returning 10th century Durga statue

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also thanked Chancellor Merkel for returning the 10th century statue of Durga in her Mahishasur Mardini avatar.

According to the PMO, the statue, from Jammu and Kashmir, is a symbol of victory of good over evil.
