Indrani unconscious; doctors suspect she consumed tablets

Indrani Mukerjea, who was brought to JJ Hospital in Mumbai after complaining of chest pain, is in a serious condition, said Dr TP Lahane, the dean of the hospital. He said that she was unconscious since 2 pm and that they suspect she had overdosed on pills. "We will take 24 hours to assess and then she what her response is," said the doctor.

Indrani has been named as an accused in the FIR filed by the CBI in the Sheena Bora murder case. The CBI also named her ex-husband Sanjay Khanna and driver in the FIR as co-accused.
