ISRO wins Gandhi Peace Prize

JUST IN: The Indian Space Research Organisation has been conferred the Gandhi peace prize 2014. The award, given out by the government of India, is meant for individuals and institutions for their contributions towards social, economic and political transformation through non-violence and other Gandhian methods.
