Modi-AP governor tete-a-tete

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has summoned ESL Narasimhan, the governor of Andhra Pradesh to New Delhi to talk about the establishment of better courts of justice for the newly created state of Telangana.

Also to be discussed are the plans of for the new capital for Andhra Pradesh, called Amaravati.

With Modi taking personal interest in internal security issues, Narasimhan may also be called upon to give his views on upping the security in Jammu and Kashmir.

It is believed Narasimhan has prepared a three-page note about a new militant outfit which is gaining root in a few parts of south India. The militants are being financed by foreign powers, he says.
