Talaash, gumshuda.

Those are the words on posters of Rahul Gandhi in various places in Uttar Pradesh.

Rahul Gandhi is missing, announce the posters.

The posters are basically a dig at the Congress vice president's (and possible party president in waiting) month-long 'introspective' sabbatical .

In fact, posters in Rahul's own constituency Amethi, go with the lines, 'Amethi Without a Leader' and have this message - "Jaane woh kaunsa desh, jahan tum chale gaye (who knows where you have gone)."

The posters are obviously anonymous and go with the signature, "people of Amethi".

On Twitter, we stumbled across this line: Rahul Gandhi pahele Congress ke upadhyakshya the, ab woh Congress ke chhupa-dhakshya hain

The Congress, with its 52 spokespersons, has spent all of March defending the still missing Rahul from opposition barbs.
