Germanwings tragedy: Black box found at crash site

French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve has said the black box has been found after a passenger plane carrying 150 people crashed in the French Alps.

Police have said it is likely to take days to recover the bodies of those on board because of the difficult terrain.

This is one of the first photographs to be released of the crash site as released by Le Dauphine Libere. It shows countless small pieces of debris. It also illustrates why the French authorities have ruled out finding any survivors.
