Election Commission tells the High Court that no changes can be made to the electoral rolls now as the final date of nominations are over. The Delhi high court on Monday sought the response of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Congress candidate Kiran Walia's plea for cancelling his candidature in the upcoming poll for "illegally' declaring himself as a resident of the national capital.
