AAP's Sanjay Singh gives farmer's kin Rs 10 lakh cheque

Aam Aadmi Party's Sanjay Singh, who visited Dausa in Rajasthan, handed over a Rs 10 lakh cheque to the family of Gajendra Singh, the farmer who died at the AAP rally on Wednesday. Speaking to the family member, Sanjay Singh extended his condolences and said that the party shared in the family's grief.

Additionally, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal also spoke to the family members by phone and personally apologised to them for the incident. Earlier in the day, admitting his fault, Kejriwal apologised and said that the incident had rattled him and he couldn't sleep at night.
