While on fasts and banquets, Kumari Selja, a close confidant of Sonia Gandhi (remember the time she escorted an ill Sonia out of the Parliament) and an arch enemy of former Haryana Chief Mniister Bhupinder SIngh Hooda is hosting a Diwali dinner in Delhi. The do is likely to cause ripples in the Haryana Congress leadership. Or may be it won't, since ML Khattar will now be the new Haryana CM.

As for the PM, he will be spending Diwali with flood victims.
