No winter parties in Lutyens Delhi, PM doesn't approve

To Delhi's power elite, winter meant lazy Sunday afternoon lunches and cosy dinners around charcoal-lit angithees on the lawns of Lutyens bungalows. No longer.

"No lunches or dinner parties. The Prime Minister doesn't approve of parties," a source said.
