SC refuses bail to Asaram

The Supreme Court has refused to grant bail to Asaram Bapu in a rape case filed in Gujarat. The court has asked him to approach the High Court. The Apex court, however, agrees to hear his bail plea in another rape case lodged against him in Rajasthan and issues notice to the state government.

SC seeks clarification from EC on functioning of EVMs
