Yogi Adityanath to go on a 2-day visit to Gorakhpur
The visit to Gorakhpur will be his first after taking charge as chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. He will be arriving in the city in the evening of March 25 and return to Lucknow March 26 afternoon.

Keeping in mind the first visit of Adityanath after becoming CM, massive preparations are underway in the city to welcome him. He will be reaching the Gorakhpur airport and from there he is likely to do a road show to Gorakhnath temple, his residence.
"Since this will his first visit as Chief Minister, hectic preparations are going on to welcome him. The entire city is being decked up for the visit", said Birendra Singh, a close aide of Adityanath Yogi.
On 26th March, Adityanath will be attending a function on the occasion of the death anniversary of Yogiraaj Baba Gambhirnath. He will be making a address to the gathering during the event.
Elaborate security arrangements are also being put in place for the high profile visit. Security of the Gorakhnath temple has been beefed up with metal detectors placed at all the entry points into the temple. All the devotees thronging the temple are being thoroughly frisked before being allowed inside.
