The former chief minister has raised doubts about the authenticity of several findings in the report. The report is in four volumes, but one complete volume was not signed by the Commission which is a huge error that raises doubts about the report.

Chandy said that the letter mentioned in the report was fabricated. Saritha wrote the letter while she was in judicial custody.

The jail warden has given a receipt for the 21 page letter. But the letter which was considered by Solar Commission had 24 pages. Even commission does not comment on the allegations made in the letter.

"During the hearing Saritha declined the sexual allegations against me," said Oommen Chandy.
