The lawyer also claimed that the administration had blatantly violated Supreme Court directives in the case and claimed that the lawyer was not being allowed to meet his client due to which his documents could not be completed.

"When this case had happened, then I understood that this case has happened due to depression. In this case, the administration has flouted the Supreme Court guideline. As per the Supreme Court guideline, lawyer of the accused can meet him anywhere," said Sameer Vyas, Shambulal Raigar's lawyer.

"Process of law has been going on. Slowly, everything will come to the fore. From our side, different types of applications have been made which includes seizing of the family's bank account. The administration can seize the accused's bank account. But not of its family," he added.

In the sensational case that came to the fore from Rajasthan's Rajsamand, a man was burnt alive after being hacked by a machete.

In one of the videos, Raigar can be seen mentioning that those who indulge in 'love jihad ' will be met with same fate.

Not just that, video of the heinous act was made and put on social media.

The police had, earlier this month, received information about the semi-burnt body of a man being found. Senior police officials including SP Manoj Kumar, ASP Manish Tripathi, DSP Rajendra Singh reached the location and found a badly disfigured body of Afrazul, the victim.
