Raghubar Das still indecisive about the cabinet expansion
Even as the delay is attributed to his lack of faith in alliance partner AJSU, Jharkhand is functioning with a five-member Cabinet.

Since taking over as Jharkhand CM last December, Raghubar Das has shown flashes of decisiveness when he removed chief secretary Sajal Chakraborty after a disagreement during a review meet and withdrew policemen guarding about 100 VIP homes. But he has not been able to make up his mind about the cabinet expansion. Even as the delay is attributed to his lack of faith in alliance partner AJSU, Jharkhand is functioning with a five-member Cabinet.
