A day after TTV Dhinakaran was booked under sedition charges for slamming state and Central governments over NEET issue, DMK deputy chief MK Stalin today claimed that he too can be booked under sedition charges and he was ready to face it.

Dhinakaran was booked under 7 Sections including sedition (124 A).

Stalin claimed that he had been criticising the government for so long and asked if that makes him worthy of being booked for sedition. He has been calling EPS government a 'minority government' and a government saved by 'horse trading'.

He also implied that cases should be booked against Health Minister Vijayabhaskar, Education Minister Sengottaiyan, Cooperatives Minister Sellur Raju, and even CM Edapadi K Palanisamy over the findings of a document of giving Rs 89 crore for vote in RK Nagar.

Daring that he'll face the sedition charges, Stalin stated that 'contempt of court' charges should also be filed against the State government for not adhering to the court's verdict on making school children attend MGR's birthday centenary celebrations.
