Analysts say Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is deliberately targeting the Army camps by backing militants, so that the attention is diverted to security of camps and the anti-terror ops are stalled.

From the last one month, the Army was conducting massive terrorist ops in Jammu and Kashmir due to which many terrorist commanders were eliminated.

This proactive approach by the Army and other security forces has acted as setback for the ISI. According to Intel sources, the ISI has drawn new strategies to target the Army camps with help of Lashkar-i-Taiba (LeT) and other terror groups in Jammu and Kashmir.
