A Panipat woman has alleged that she donated her 2-month-old kid to Dera after being persuaded by Gurmeet Ram Rahim to do so through an advertisement.

Gurmeet Ram Rahim headed Dera Sacha Sauda's dirty secrets are being slowly unwrapped. A woman follower of Ram Rahim, who is serving 20-year-term in Rohtak's Sunaria jail, has claimed that her child has missing from Dera headquarters in Sirsa since last 12 years.
A Panipat woman has alleged that she donated her 2-month-old kid to Dera after being persuaded by Gurmeet Ram Rahim to do so through an advertisement.
The woman said she was a staunch supporter of Dera Sacha Sauda and was lured by an advertisement in newpaper published by the Dera itself which urged supporters to donate their kids for sewa (service) at Sirsa heaquarters.
The advertisement put out by Gurmeet Ram Rahim appealed people to donate their small kids to Dera which will bring good fortune for them in return.
"I donated my 2-month-old kid to Dera.... 12 years have passed, I have no clue where my child is," a teary-eyed Lalita told India Today.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim, 50, who boasted of millions of followers, is lodged in Rohtak's Sunaria jail for raping his two disciples.
A special CBI court had sentenced him to 20 years in jail, 10 years each in two rape cases , on August 28. And the 'pita-ji', as his followers used to call him reverently, was stamped as prisoner number 1997.
