Three people, including a minor, were injured after a gunman opened fire in Lille, France, on Saturday morning
Three people, including a minor, were injured after a gunman opened fire in Lille, France, on Saturday morning, the French newspaper Le Figaro reported.
A hooded man in car opened fire on the victims near a metro station in the neighbourhood of Moulins, a police source told the news agency AFP, the Figaro report said.
The attack comes just days after three people were injured in a school shooting in Grasse in Southern France on March 16.
On the same day, a female employee at the International Monetary Fund office in Paris suffered injuries to her face and arms when a letter bomb addressed to the organisation blew up as she opened it, police said.
Today's incident is probably a settling of scores between individuals involved in trafficking, the Figaro report said.
