A case had been registered in Alwar's Aravali police station, after which the district police began investigating the matter.
After the rape allegation against Falahari Baba surfaced, he got himself admitted at a private hospital in Rajasthan's Alwar in September this year. And he remained at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the private hospital despite the hospital maintaining that he is fit to be discharged.
However, Alwar police arrested him on September 23. He was taken into custody from the private hospital where he was admitted and then taken to a government hospital for his medical check-up.
