Nine Assembly constituencies and one Lok Sabha seat are today voting in by-polls. Two of the most high-profile seats that will be voting today include Srinagar, which is voting for its Lok Sabha seat, and Delhi's Rajouri Garden Assembly seat.

Rajouri Garden (Delhi), Litipara (Jharkhand), Nanjangud and Gundlupet (Karnataka), Dholpur (Rajasthan), Kanthi Dakshin (West Bengal), Ater and Bandhavgarh (Madhya Pradesh), Bhoranj (Himachal Pradesh) and Dhemaii (Assam) are voting in their Assembly by-election, while Srinagar in Jammu And Kashmir is voting for its Lok Sabha seat.

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference chairperson Farooq Abdullah is himself contesting in the Srinagar by-election. The Rajouri Garden by-election, meanwhile, comes just ahead of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi election that is scheduled to be held on April 23.
