While he is doing his bit to create an impression at the reality show, Maharaj is now facing non-bailable warrants as he did not appear before a Delhi court in a theft case.

The warrants were issued two days before the premiere of Bigg Boss 10 where commoners and celebrities are contesting. Maharaj has stepped into the house as a commoner.

THEFT CASE

Maharaj was issued the fourth bailable warrant in the theft case. The court had fixed October 14 for hearing the arguments on the charge. However, when nobody appeared to represent Maharaj, non-bailable warrants were issued against him.

The case dates back to November 2008. According to Jha, his son had seen Maharaj breaking into the shop and commit the theft. The police then booked Maharaj for trespassing and theft in the shop.
