Delhi: AAP youth wing leader arrested for robbery

Four youths, including an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Youth Wing leader, have been arrested on charge of robbing a businessman of Rs 25 lakh, Delhi Police said.
The arrested include Najeeb (25), president of the Jaffrabad AAP youth wing, Jitender, 27, Mohd Yusuf, 19, Naved, 22.
The incident happened on March 12 at main Krishana Gali, Maujpur and a case was registered at Police Station Jaffrabad.
The businessman was robbed of his bag containing Rs 25 lakh, one mobile phone and other documents. One person also sustained gun shot injuries during the robbery.
While trying to flee, one accused Nadeem, aged 22 years, was caught. Police recovered Rs 1,60,6000, one countarymade pistol, one Apache motorcycle robbed by them, the stolen bag containing pan card, calculator, bill book etc from them.
They have revealed their involvement in more than 20 other cases of robbery and snatching.
Further investigation is going on in the matter.
