In his letter, VS said the move will adversely affect the proceedings of revenue-related cases.
The CPM leader requested the state government to retain her in the post until the cases involving TATA, Harrisons and Karuna estates are completed.
Susheela Bhatt was recently removed from the post of Special Government Pleader for cases involving high-stake forest and revenue lands. Her removal comes at a time when sensational cases like TATA land encroachment and Harrisons estate cases are at a crucial stage.
