Kannur: None should think that they can attack policemen just because police personnel cannot publicly respond to allegations because of disciplinary boundaries, opined Kannur DySP P Sadanandan on Thursday.
“The truth in Fazal murder case will come out today or tomorrow. Who will reply to the activists of a particular political party raise war cries in media against the policemen who investigated the case? The police can make statements by remaining within the parameters of discipline only. One should not think that they can attack those who cannot voice their opinion. It was not I but the High Court which said that those who are accused in the case presently, have not murdered Fazal," Sadanandan said while speaking at the Kannur district police association conference.
