Peravur(Kannur): A policeman died after he fell off a moving train near Thalassery railway station on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Johny K Joseph (40), a Civil Police Officer at Kekalam station.
The body was found around 4 am on Tuesday. He was returning after doing postal duty at Thiruvananthapuram. The body has been shifted to Pariyaram Medical College hospital. Thalassery town SI Santosh Sajeev conducted the inquest.
