For this look, use a pencil eyeliner, as it is the easiest formula to smudge.
1. Draw your basic wing eye, make sure the line is as close to the lashline. To get Jacqueline's look, you can extend the wing further.
2. Now, line your waterline softly with the same liner. Try not to go too thick with the liner.
3. Next, start smudging the lower liner using a tiny brush or the sponge tip one. Start smudging the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner.
4. And for the upper liner, smudge from the outer corner to the inner corner. And then, try to blend the wing from the upper corner to the lower line to complete the look.
To intensify the look further, add a coat of black mascara.
