According to reports, Everton are interested in signing Chelsea veteran Branislav Ivanovic this month.

The 32 year old Serbian right-back has barely featured for the Blues under Conte this season and Everton reportedly see him as a possible replacement for Jagielka.

As reported by the Daily Star:

“Ivanovic could move to Everton if Toffees club captain Phil Jagielka was to leave the club.

Jagielka has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park after falling down the pecking order under Ronald Koeman.

The ex-Sheffield United man could link up with former manager David Moyes at relegation-threatened Sunderland.

That would leave a gap in the Everton squad which Ivanovic could fill.

The Mail say the Merseyside club are among clubs who are monitoring his developments at Stamford Bridge.

The 32-year-old is likely to be allowed to leave Chelsea this month.”
