Riley (Rowan Blanchard) and the rest of “Girl Meets World” have officially said goodbye to Disney Channel on the final episode of the show aired on Jan. 20. The finale has seen the Matthews family contemplating a life-changing decision to move to London after Topanga (Danielle Fishel) got an interesting job offer. The last episode of the show in its home network, titled “Girl Meets Goodbye,” has also seen a grand reunion among the cast of “Boy Meets World.”

The situation Topanga caught herself with was not easy for her. Even Riley was concerned about the distance between her and her best friend, Maya, (Sabrina Carpenter) once their family moves to London. Cory (Ben Savage) has assured the former that Topanga would make an informed decision. They came home and were surprised to learn that she has called in reinforcement to give her advice.

“Girl Meets World” were delighted to see all the cast of “Boy Meets World” in the last episode of the beloved series. Mr. Feeny (William Daniels), Harley (Danny McNulty) and Minkus (Lee Norris) were there. “Girl Meets Goodbye” has also seen the two versions of Morgan (Lily Nicksay and Lindsay Ridgeway). “I don’t think we’ve ever been in the same place at the same time,” the brunette Morgan said and the blonde Morgan agreed.

Shawn (Rider Strong) has decided that he is going to legally adopt Maya. It’s great news for fans knowing that she now has a father.

Riley and Maya prepared to say goodbye to one another. Those who have seen “Girl Meets Goodbye” would agree that it was an emotional moment.

In the end, Topanga decided that she will not accept the job offer in London. Cory told Riley that the world will teach her lessons and give her friends and family to rely on. “Girl Meets World” aired in Australia through Disney Channel.
