January 22, 2017 12:00 am | Updated 04:01 am IST - BELAGAVI:

Social activist and environmentalist Vishwambhar Chaudhari of Pune attributed the problems facing the common man due to demonetisation to the “ill advice” to the Centre.

Speaking at the 42nd annual lecture series in the name of social reformer late Barister Nathpai of Belagavi organised by Sarvajani Wachanalaya here on Friday, he said “the present government is suffering from ill advice.”

Dr. Chaudhari delivered a lecture on ‘Nationalism -Yesterday & Today’ and made observations on changing definitions of nationalism and patriotism in the contemporary political order.

The former Mayor and president of Sarvajanik Wachanalaya Nagesh Sateri, who presided over the function, analysed the impact of sudden demonetisation on black money and the difficulties faced by the common man.
