Trump’s inauguration and the surrounding festivities were great, the newly minted President beamed in an early Saturday tweet.
“A fantastic day and evening in Washington D.C.Thank you to @FoxNews and so many other news outlets for the GREAT reviews of the speech!” he wrote on his personal Twitter account, @realDonaldTrump.
Trump’s speech, which clocked in at 16 minutes long, promised repeatedly to put “America First” as he described a myriad of problems plaguing the nation, including closed factories, ineffective schools, and crime.
