We are delighted to announce that from Monday 30 January 2017 we will be moving to a brand new office in Central Woking; this is another milestone in STL’s 42-year history.
Our current location, St Johns (a small suburb of Woking) has served us well but we are now well beyond capacity and we still have a number of current vacancies to fill, plus additional recruitment in the future. So, unless we want to seat staff in corridors … it’s time for us to move on.
Compared to this time last year we have increased our staff by 24%. We invested primarily in IT Development and additional staff to compile the ever increasing volume of our most popular searches, the Regulated Local Authority Search and the Regulated Drainage and Water Search.
Our significant investment in IT Development will deliver faster turnaround times – we know this is of critical importance to both conveyancers/solicitors and their clients. We will also be enhancing and launching new products in the near future.
The new office, located in Central Woking, is a 5mins walk from Woking Station. It is ideally located to attract talent that may otherwise commute to London and of course open plan offices are reputed to improve internal communication; a welcome bonus for any organisation.
From 30 January 2017 our new address will be:
