Minister visits Baddi institute

SOLAN: Mansukh L Mandaviya, Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, Shipping, Chemicals and Fertilisers, today visited the Baddi-based Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) and interacted with the students and investors of the area.

Mansukh L Mandaviya, Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, Shipping, Chemicals and Fertilisers, today visited the Baddi-based Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) and interacted with the students and investors of the area.

Udayan Mukherjee, chief manager (Project), while giving information said the minster visited various technical departments of the institute where training in long and short-term courses pertaining to plastic technology was being imparted. He said that 80 per cent placement of various batches of short-term courses had been achieved.

He also interacted with the investors and sought information about the new courses which the industry representatives wanted the institute to impart.
