Director of medical education visits Visakhapatnam hospital

VISAKHAPATNAM: Dr K Babji, director of medical education (DME-Academic), made a surprise visit to King George Hospital (KGH) and inspected the super-specialty block on Wednesday. He interacted with KGH superintendent Dr G Arjuna and APMSIDC engineers.
He met the head of the neurology department regarding the establishment of a Sleep Lab. He inspected the department of neurosurgery which was shifted to the super-specialty block recently.
He enquired about the evening academic hours of various specialties and said the working hours of the faculty and doctors should be from 9 am to 4 pm.
