Yahoo News Has EastEnders teen Louise Mitchell found love?
EastEnders fans were given their very first glimpse at a possible new love interest for Louise Mitchell last night.
Phil's troublesome daughter has set her sights on new arrival Travis Law-Hughes, who popped up very briefly in Tuesday night's episode when Louise attended her drama club.
The evening didn't exactly seem like a barrel of laughs, with Louise's moody schoolmates pretty much snubbing her when she turned up for the class.
Despite that, Louise was much more upbeat when she left the session - presumably because she'd been making eyes at Travis the whole time.
Getting straight on the phone to Bex (thank God she didn't use Snapchat this time), Louise was full of excitement over getting to spend time with Travis - describing him as "the fit one".
And proving that he's not a "total toenail" like the Square's other recent new arrival Keegan Baker, Travis even helped Louise out when she was having some trouble with a pesky drinks machine. What a guy!
If Travis's blink-and-you'll-miss-it appearance left you wanting more, the good news is that there's more to come from him. He invites Louise out this Thursday (that didn't take long) and the storyline then continues in Friday night's episode, when Louise excitedly prepares for their first date.
Let's just hope Louise has better luck than her friend Bex Fowler, who's been plagued with all sorts of problems in her on-off relationship with Shakil Kazemi recently.
Travis is played by young actor Alex James-Phelps, but as for how long he'll be in the show? Well, we guess that depends on how that date this Friday goes...
EastEnders continues on Thursday (January 19) at 7.30pm on BBC One.
