1. Draw your basic wing eye, make sure the line is as close to the lashline.To get Jacqueline’s look, you can extend the wing further.
2. Now, line your waterline softly with the same liner. Try not to go too thick with the liner.
3. Next, start smudging the lower liner using a tiny brush or the sponge tip one. Start smudging the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner.
