Top nine intraday trading ideas for afternoon trade for Monday, 16 January 2017

NEW DELHI: The Nifty50 index was trading almost flat at 8,400 levels in the noon trade on Monday.

Among the 51 components in Nifty index, 30 were trading in green with Axis Bank gaining the most 3.69 per cent, followed by ITC (up 2.23 per cent), HDFC (up 2.04 per cent), GAIL (up 2.01 per cent) and Tech Mahindra (up 1.45 per cent).

On the other hand, Idea Cellular, TCS, Hindalco, Infosys and NTPC were down by 4.57 per cent, 4.02 per cent, 2.77 per cent, 2.74 per cent and 1.58 per cent, respectively.
