HYDERABAD: SCR general manager Vinod Kumar Yadav, who took charge recently, conducted a surprise inspection of Secunderabad Railway Station during the rush hours on Sunday.
The GM undertook a check of the catering units and food plaza before taking a round of platform 1 at the time of the departure of Sabari Express which sees a huge rush. He took feedback from passengers on the quality of services. He told staff manning the catering units to ensure quality of food served to passengers without any room for complaints.
Amongst other facilities that Vinod checked were the retiring rooms and dormitory, AC waiting hall and booking counters.
