While models Carol Alt, Paulina Porizkova, Kim Alexis and Coco Rocha attended a hip Metrograph premiere of a Netflix documentary on John Casablancas, the legendary agent’s famous son, Strokes singer Julian Casablancas, wasn’t there.

“He is not a fan of these kinds of social events. I completely understand,” Hubert Woroniecki, director of “Casablancas: The Man Who Loved Women,” told us, adding, “I came to New York to show him [a cut] . . . He told me, ‘Dude, I learned a lot about my dad.’”

In the film, John — founder of Elite Model Management who guided the careers of Christie Brinkley and Cindy Crawford — recalls his split from Julian’s mom when he began an affair with then-16-year-old Stephanie Seymour.

Linda Evangelista was meant to be at the Moët-sponsored event, but her rep told us, “Unfortunately, Linda wasn’t feeling well . . . She and John had not only a very successful working relationship, but a close friendship, and she adored him and remained in close contact until he passed away.”
