In Scotland up to 7in (18cm) of snow fell, resulting in the closure of schools and nurseries. Conor's school in Aberdeenshire was one of those to shut. While mum Kerry was busy clearing the path of snow, he and his dog Woody put the snow to good use to create a Viking-inspired snowman.
