'Santhana Devan' first look: This Arya starrer is definitely pro Jallikattu

The raging issue in Tamil Nadu at the moment is the ban on the centuries-old bull taming sport Jallikattu. As the festival of Pongal draws near, the people of the state, as well as celebrities, are protesting vehemently against the ban. At such a time, director Ameer and Arya revealed the first look of their upcoming film ‘Santhana Devan’, in which Jallikattu seems to play an important part.
The first look shows the muscular actor Arya clad only in a dhoti as he tries to tame a large bull, in an arena with spectators watching on the sidelines. He is also joined by his brother Sathya, who also plays a pivotal part in the film. Apart from launching the first look, he also welcomed director Ameer to the social networking platform saying, "Welcome @DirAmeer sir to Twitter. Thanks for the great opportunity #SanthanaDevan Shall live up to your expectations #JallikattuForSure.”
With the rising support for the bull taming sport, this project is now receiving an overwhelming response. ‘Santhana Devan’ will reportedly go on floors by the end of the month.
