Mr. Amar Kaul has been appointed the new Chairman of the Board of Ingersoll Rand India Ltd. effective November 21, 2016.
Mr. Amar is currently the Territory Leader for Compression Technologies and Services in India and will now take over this additional responsibility as the Chairman of the Board of Ingersoll Rand (India) Ltd.
He was earlier appointed as Managing Director of the company and his election as the Chairman will help provide a strong leadership to the Ingersoll Rand public company Board in India.
