GJEPC conducts seminar on organised business in Palanpur, Gujarat

The GJEPC elucidated benefits of conducting an organised business and of adopting best practices to a group of participants at an awareness seminar in Gujarat. The seminar was held in Palanpur.

Participants heard views and opinions from GJEPC officials, and leading personalities from the industry, banking and finance sectors apart from others. An interactive question-answer session also unfolded to bring enhance awareness.

Guiding the participants on statutory compliances, government schemes, long term benefits of adopting best business practices, were presented by a panel made up by Jilpa Sheth , Assistant Director; GJEPC, Shri Amrut Fosi, President of Banaskantha Diamond Factory Owners Association;; CA Mulchand Khatri and CA Amrut Patel. Bankers shared awareness on opening of salary accounts and its benefits to support the industry, new account opening for workers. Attending the seminar were representatives from Sarvodaya Co-operative Bank Lltd, Mahesana and Mercantile Bank who expressed support to the participants.
