Vin Diesel is here in town. The superstar is here to promote xXx: The Return of Xander Cage with his leading lady, Deepika Padukone. He is a huge star but Vin has managed to win us over with his charm. And with him being here, we cannot help but just imagine him in a few Bollywood flicks. The actor has a great personality, but funnily, it resemblances more of our leading baddies. Just imagine the six foot actor as the cool super villain Shakaal. Well, Shaan’s Shakaal is one of the iconic baddies of Bollywood. Remember the dialogue, Shakaal ke haath mein jitne patte hote i, utne hi patte uski aasteen mein bhi hote hai. And he had a pet shark. Actor Kulbushan Kharbanda did a fantastic job as Shakaal, which is why we remember him till date. But just think of Vin in place of Kulbushan? We feel he would have made an equally cool Shakaal and a pet shark would definitely suit him better.

Karan Malhotra’s Agneepath had fab performances from the lead cast. However, what many will recollect is Sanjay Dutt’s evil turn as Kancha Cheena. Danny Denzongpa had played Kancha in the original but Sanjay’s one was far more menacing. Now, suppose Vin as Kancha. With his frame and physique, the actor would be a thoroughly worthy nemesis of Hrithik Roshan. The idea of a fight sequence between the two is just so exciting. Only difference would be then Kancha would have to be tad comic, coz we just cannot see Vin being a bad bad guy. You know what we are talking about.

Sadly, Shetty would get beaten up in all films by heroes who were nowhere close to him. The bodybuilder with his height, frame and shiny pate looks closest to Vin. While the superstar’s fans might frown at thinking about the actor in a sidey role, we can bet many kids would give anything to watch someone like Vin only fighting in the flicks.
