Premam sensation Sai Pallavi, who entered Telugu filmdom with Sekhar Kammula’s upcoming romantic-drama Fida, will team up with Sundeep Kishan in her next outing. A coming-of-age urban love story, this yet-untitled project will be directed by superstar Mahesh Babu’s sister Manjula, who is popular for starring in films such as Show, Summer in Bethlehem and Rajasthan. This project will mark her directorial debut. “It’ll be a realistic love story set against urban backdrop. Sundeep will be required to undergo complete makeover and he’s believed to have already started working towards achieving the desired look,” a source informs City Express.
With the project slated to go on the floors soon, plans are being made to shoot in Goa, London and some parts of India. The film will be produced by Gemini Kiran, and the makers are busy finalising the rest of the cast. “The regular shooting is expected to start from next month. It will be a quick project and the aim is to wrap it up in about two months. As soon as the supporting cast and technical crew are locked, the team will start shooting.” Sundeep, meanwhile, will complete his portion for Krishna Vamsi’s Nakshatram and also on the Tamil-Telugu bilingual project with Suseenthiran.
